You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform solely for your construction budget tracking needs in accordance with these Terms.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding our services may be used by kaliurcvvk without compensation or attribution to you.

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. You acknowledge that computer and telecommunications systems are not fault-free and occasional periods of downtime may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kaliurcvvk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
In no event shall kaliurcvvk's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to kaliurcvvk in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You acknowledge that the fees we charge reflect the allocation of risk set forth in these Terms and that we would not enter into this agreement without these limitations on our liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure features in our platform. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, delete your account and data. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
If you have a paid subscription, termination will not result in a refund of any prepaid fees unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services and may terminate your account.
